Your role in the story

We are seeking an interim Recruiter with a proven track record within Recruitment and Employer Branding, who will elevate recruitment at Heerema Marine Contractors to the next level. It is our ambition to be seen as a top maritime employer and best in class in career development. For this, a top tier recruitment will be the starting point of realizing that ambition. The interim assignment offers an unique blend of end-to-end recruitment (80%) and oversee some hands on Employer Branding related tasks and projects (20%) together with a junior Employer Branding specialist.

Your future colleagues

You will be working closely with your direct colleagues in Recruitment and Employer Branding; Emmeline,Charlotte , Corliz , Salina and Gerco . Furthermore, you have a strong collaboration with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Corporate Communications. You will be reporting to the Manager Learning, Culture & Organization, who reports to the board.

• You are on the ball, managing the end to end recruitment process for your portfolio (office related roles)
• As an ambassador for the organization, you are dependable and personable in your interactions with candidates and hiring managers;
• Bringing your expertise, hands-on support and innovations to our recruitment processes, techniques and tools;
• Employ data analytics and insights to consistently enhance recruitment procedures and hiring results;
• Champion employer branding and transform recruitment endeavors into prospects for potential candidates.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, result oriented and has a growth mindset. Furthermore you have:

• 5+ years of experience as Corporate recruiter with a proved track record on Employer Branding in recruitment;
• an availability of 32-40 hours, of which 3 days in the office in Leiden
• excellent communication skills in Dutch, both written and spoken. You already work and live in the Netherlands.
• a Master degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or (Organizational) Psychology;
