Your Next Adventure in Sales & Marketing Automation! Are you a sales operator or marketer with hands-on experience in HubSpot and a passion for optimizing processes? If so, team.blue has an exciting opportunity for you as a Sales & Marketing Automation Specialist in Leiden! We're a dynamic team with six brands, and we need an enthusiastic individual to become our HubSpot hero for all of them!

What your day will look like

• Travel to the office if it's one of your two office days.
• Start your day with a quick check of new contacts in HubSpot to spot irregularities.
• Collaborate with the central marketing team & our various Business Unit's sales teams to analyze campaign performance and measure engagement.
• Run tests with our designer to ensure new templates work seamlessly. Validate with Sales that it aligns with their communication.
• Discuss campaign results and pipeline updates with international colleagues in our Slack channel.
• Solve issues with HubSpot integrations and investigate drops in opt-in ratios on landing pages.
• Coordinate with the copy team to set up new workflows and emails that upsell to existing customers.
• Finish the day with drinks at our office bar in Leiden.

Your Responsibilities Include :

• Develop Audience Engagement:
• Set-up and oversee the pipelines and CRM base in Hubspot for all brands.
• Create and manage email campaigns in HubSpot.
• Grow and convert our subscriber base with regular, helpful content.
• Segment lists based on behaviors for targeted engagement.
• Guide and onboard Sales operations colleague's into Hubspot.

Manage Sales & Marketing Technologies:

• Act as the primary administrator of our HubSpot instance, CRM and contact database.
• Develop and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage key marketing systems to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
• Be responsible on our lead scoring logic and monitoring our inbound conversion rates.
• Evangelize our ABM approach and guide sales team by setting up Playbooks in Hubspot.

Deliver Actionable Intelligence:

• Analyze marketing and sales data for insights and recommendations.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards on marketing and sales activities.

What you have

• Analytical mindset with a love for optimizing processes.
  
• Hands-on experience with intricate workflows.
  
• Preferably HubSpot Certified, and at least a lot of hands-on HubSpot experience.
  
• Understanding of GDPR and appreciation for a privacy-focused customer base.
  
• Proficiency in data and tech with proven experience in marketing automation.
  
• Fluent in Dutch, proficient in English.
  
• ♂ Proven years of experience with marketing automation, preferably in HubSpot.
  
• Ability to work independently.
  
• Proven HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus. Ready to join our vibrant team?

Hybrid Working
At team.blue NL you work at home or from another workspace. Once a week you will work at our Leiden office in consultation with your team. The second day at the office you can choose yourself.
