This is what you get

You will work for a horticultural company that takes care of urban green spaces, parks and gardens in Leiden. You will work in a single shift, outdoors.
Work between 7am and 5pm.
Work in various weather conditions.

This is what you will do

You will lead change
You will coordinate the maintenance of green spaces
You will be responsible for supervising a team.
You will plan the programmes
You will plant plants, grass and shrubs
You will cut and maintain plants, turf and hedges
Mow grass and gather leaves
Prepare soil for planting
Pull weeds.
Maintain cleanliness in towns, estates and parks

You bring this

Driving licence
Experience in managing people
Knowledge of English or Dutch at a level that allows you to communicate with your team.
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in horticulture.
Flexibility in working
Willingness to work in difficult weather conditions.
Ability to work in a team.
Positive attitude, motivation and commitment to assigned tasks.
