About the team

You'll be a member of our Product Management team and work closely with our cross-functional Product teams. The Product teams are responsible for developing our product SAM4. They consist of various technical disciplines, such as Product Owners, ESA Specialists, Data Scientists and Software Engineers. In those teams, you'll play a key role in development initiatives by making sure we solve our customers' pain points with the right solutions. In those efforts, you'll also work closely together with our broader Customer Success team and our customers directly.


Your challenge

As our new Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between what users need and the solutions we deliver. In short, you will make sure we build a better product for our customers. Three main responsibilities are central to the role:

  1. UX research - to ensure that our product development process is guided by a deep understanding of our users and their pain points

  2. Interaction design - by exploring, refining and testing solutions as part of our development practices to ensure the identified pain points are solved in our product or service.

  3. UX as a discipline - embed user-centricity in our product teams in alignment with our company strategy, values, and product development practices.

Your activities will include:

  • Conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

  • Translate research findings into concepts and actionable design solutions.

  • Prototype and test designs with users, iterating based on feedback.

  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.

  • Embed user-centered design principles in the product teams

  • Establish UX as a discipline and align with company strategy and values


Job requirements

What you'll bring ⭐

You possess a blend of UX expertise, entrepreneurial attitude and leadership qualities. Essential skills for this role include:

  • +5 years of UX experience

  • Strong skills in user research methodologies and user-centered design processes.

  • Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and research findings to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Curious and empathetic, with a deep interest in understanding users.

  • Creative and analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Likes to collaborate and "teach as you go" to impart knowledge across the teams
