Are you a scientist or researcher within the Life Sciences & Health sector with a heart for research and a passion to inspire the next generation? Then here is a unique opportunity for you!

In collaboration with Centrum JongerenCommunicatie Chemie (C3) , the Leiden Bio Science Park Foundation is organising the science battle ' Fireflies ' during LSH week at the end of June, specially designed to fascinate primary school children with the wonders of science. This is your chance to present your research in an engaging way and ignite a spark of curiosity in young pupils.

Why participate?

• You will share your passion and knowledge with a young and enthusiastic audience.
• You will contribute to the scientific development of future generations.
• You will receive professional coaching and guidance from C3 to optimise your scientific presentation skills.

We are looking for scientists and researchers who can present their research in Dutch and want to make an inspiring impact on children. Your research should be somewhat related to Life Sciences & Health / Biotechnology Are you ready to join this exciting journey and be part of a memorable LBSP edition of 'Fireflies'? Practical

The next edition of Fire Flying will take place during the week of 24 to 28 June 2024 in Leiden. That is during the LS&H week. The event starts at 12:00 and ends around 14:00.
