De afdeling:

Het team van Make Asset Management (MAM) is verantwoordelijk voor Project Management, ontwerpen en aanpassen van installaties en apparatuur, het produceren van utiliteiten en het onderhouden van de technische installaties van Janssen Biologics B.V.

De afdeling Maintenance & Utilities is binnen MAM verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en beheren van diverse technische utiliteit installaties/gebouwen, (industriële) geautomatiseerde systemen en apparatuur. De afdeling bestaat uit diverse disciplines, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de performance van specifieke groepen van installaties.

De functie:

De Utility Operator werkt in een vaste ploeg van 4 a 5 personen dat onderdeel uitmaakt van de 5 ploegendienst (3-4-3), het Utility Operation shift team. Een ploeg bestaat uit twee utility operators en twee a drie technicians. In deze operationele shiftfunctie (24/7) ligt de focus op het bewaken en bedienen van de technische utiliteit installaties. Daarnaast wordt er ondersteuning geleverd aan onderhoud- en projectactiviteiten. Dit alles binnen de wettelijke en GMP-kaders.

Verbetervoorstellen, oplossingsgericht werken en een goed oog voor veiligheid is essentieel voor de functie. Net als proactief samenwerken met directe collega's, overige MAM subafdelingen, FAC, IT, QC en OPS. De utility operator levert actieve ondersteuning om 24/7 utiliteiten te leveren aan de interne klanten. De utility operator is bereid om zich te scholen in bedrijfsspecifieke competenties en veranderende technische ontwikkelingen. Daarnaast is de utility operator bereid om zich verder te ontwikkelen en de geleerde competenties in de toekomst op een andere manier te gebruiken naar behoefte van het bedrijf.

Verantwoordelijkheden (o.a):

• 24/7 leveren, bedienen en bewaken van utiliteiten (incl. bemonstering);
• Laden en Lossen van grondstoffen, specifiek afvalwater en gassen
• Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) activiteiten.
• Assisteren bij technische root cause analyses.
• Uitgeven werkvergunningen.
• Ondersteuning verlenen aan de onderhoud- en projectactiviteiten
• Zorgdragen voor effectieve communicatie tussen de verschillende klanten (intern/extern);
• Zorgdragen voor een veilige werkomgeving;
• Zich inzetten voor het continue verbeter van werkprocessen (CI)

The department:

The Make (Manufacturing) Asset Management team (MAM) is responsible for Project Management, designing and adapting installations and equipment, producing utilities and maintaining the technical installations of Janssen Biologics B.V. Within MAM, the Maintenance & Utilities department is responsible for operating and managing various utility systems, industrial automated systems, and equipment. The department consists of various disciplines, which are responsible for the performance of specific groups of installations.

Short description of the position:

The Utility Operator works in a fixed shift of 4 to 5 people that are part of a 5 week shift (3-4-3), within a Utility Operation shift team. A team consists of two utility operators and two or three multi-skilled technicians. In this operational shift position (24/7), the focus is on monitoring and operating the utility systems and equipment, ensuring that continuous operation in support manufacturing. In addition, support is provided for preventive maintenance and project activities. All work is within GMP guidelines.

Improvement proposals, solution-oriented work and a good eye for safety are essential for the job, as is proactively working with other MAM colleagues, the Facilities team, IT, lab (QC) and production (OPS) personnel. The utility operator provides active support to deliver utilities to internal customers 24/7. The utility operator is prepared to train in company-specific competencies and changing technical developments. In addition, the utility operator is willing to develop further and use the competencies learned in a different way in the future according to the needs of the company.

Responsibilities (including):

• 24/7 monitoring, operation, and corrective maintenance of utilities, including sampling
• Loading and unloading of raw materials
• Operating wastewater and gases
• Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) activities
• Assisting with technical root cause analyses
• Issuing work permits
• Providing support to the maintenance and project activities
• Ensuring effective communication between the different customers (internal/external)
• Ensuring a safe working environment
• Commit to the continuous improvement of work processes (CI)

• MBO-niveau 3 in een relevante, discipline (Operator B/C, Mechanisch operator, Proces operator, VAPRO B/C);
• Algemene kennis van c-GMP richtlijnen;
• VCA en NEN3140 (optioneel) .
• Gevoel voor GMP-documentatie en het gebruik ervan;
• De instelling om GMP en veiligheid op een praktische wijze uit te dragen naar collega's;
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, een flexibele instelling en een nauwkeurige en kwalitatief hoogstaande manier van werken.
• Resultaatgerichte, initiatiefrijke en gedreven persoonlijkheid: is creatief in het uit de weg ruimen van hindernissen en weet het team te motiveren haar doelstellingen te behalen;

Job requirements:

• Netherlands MBO level 3 in a relevant discipline (Operator B/C, Mechanical operator, Process operator, VAPRO B/C), or equivalent vocational, trade or junior-college level training from another country
• General knowledge of c-GMP guidelines
• Netherlands VCA and NEN3140, or other EHS and electrical safety training from another country (optional)
• Feeling for GMP documentation and its use
• The attitude to communicate GMP and safety to colleagues in a practical way
• Good communication skills, a flexible attitude and a precise and high-quality way of working.
• Result-oriented, enterprising and driven personality: is creative in removing obstacles and knows how to motivate the team to achieve its goals;
